The MakesSensor flow switch is the reliable alternative to failure-prone mechanical flow switches.
Our new sensors combine microchips and interface electronics into one piece.

We've abolished mechanical parts, thereby eliminating inherent problems with existing flow switch technology.
Our new sensors are more reliable and dependable -- saving you time, money, and field problems.

Reliability :

  • individually tested and factory-calibrated provide consistent readings
  • electric signals of thermal mass flow do not age in comparison to mechanical signals

Resist breakdown:

  • The thermal mass microchip does not get stuck: it has no moving part. Organic and metal debris circulating in the system fly by the flat sensor microchip.
  • There is no direct contact with water: the sensor microchips are insulated from the media by an inert micro layer
